The repairs took at least 2 weeks longer than estimated. When I picked up the truck, I found a bunch of the old damaged parts had been just tossed in the back of the truck for me to dispose of.

Completely dissatisfied if I could give a zero I would. The lack of communication, urgency and performance is utterly disgraceful and frustrating. I have been getting the run around for the last two months. Yes my car has been at this place for over 2 months. At this point I'm prepared to write a very discerning letter to the corporate office.
