Due to unforeseen circumstances it took many months to get the parts needed to repair my vehicle. Once it was in the shop all went very well. Schafer’s did a beautiful job on my car.

Schaefer Autobody excelled in the two things that are vitally important to me: Competence and Communication. I received clear and helpful communication throughout the repair process. Because my vehicle had sustained significant damage, replacement parts had to come from Mercedes. Schaefer clearly communicated the timetable and status of the parts and then completed the repair very quickly when the parts arrived. They did beautiful work and I enjoyed the interactions with them.

The team was easy and great to work with. My wife under went a traumatic experience when someone smashed her car window. I walked in and was greeted by the secretary warmly and Mac made me feel at ease that it would be handled completely. I’ll return and recommend them. Being in real estate I recognize great customer service and appreciate it.
