The work itself was a 10/10 but I feel communication was poor. Not easy to get ahold of some one on the phone and had to text multiple times for vehicle updates over the three week period you had my car.

Currently there is a "pop" opening the drivers door and it appears that the hood doesn't latch as tight and moves at highway speeds.

I don't know where this fits but, the initial estimate was approximately $7,500, so the insurance agreed to pay. After more investigation it went higher with the total being $17,000. I believe this would have totaled my vehicle. Knowing this, I would likely not choose to have it repaired. Conversations provided clarity, but were later than I would have liked. I had to call to get an update the day before it was scheduled to be completed, then I was told that parts didn't arrive in time and would be another week.

Took my new van there after a minor fender bender and they did an excellant job with communication and fixing the orginal issue. However when I went to pick it up it has new scratches on it. They did repair those without any fees so I appreciate them fixing the problem, frustrated with the inconveniance of the additional damage but they fixed it and we will continue to use their services as needed because of their customer service.
