My car wasn’t completely done when I got there for it the back door wasn’t finished and they didn’t even know it. I had to tell them then I went to put things in my car and couldn’t open my door I found it. So I had to wait for it to be finished before I could leave wasn’t to happy with that because I had other stuff I had to get done and I had to cancel them because I had to wait on my car to be finished before I could leave.

I tried twice today to get a hold of someone at your location and no replies. When I picked up the car on Friday the fan no longer blows and there is a humming sound. The man at the Columbia location DID call me back and says they did nothing to the console where the fan controls are. However, the fan was working when I dropped the car off and three weeks later they don’t.

I am in the middle on the score because until the work has been finally completed, I have other issues that have risen. The vent fan no longer works in the car. And it was working before the car was left with the repair shop.

The roof/glass work was fine. It did take MUCH longer than expected. Plus I am still waiting on a part to come in to fully complete the work. However, I am now upset that the vent fan no longer works.
