Jeff made the entire process a breeze and went above and beyond. He set up transportation to obtain my rental car, called with updates and made sure my car was repaired correctly when the insurance company didn't want to pay for a proper repair. My car looks brand new!

I am completely satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. Schaefer did a great job getting me in and out quickly. They fixed the damage to my vehicle, however upon pickup, I received a low tire pressure warning light on the drive home. Upon arriving home, I discovered my tire had a puncture and had to get the tire replaced. Very unusual coincidence that I’d receive my vehicle and then immediately get a flat tire on the drive home. Called Schaefer to try and rectify the situation. Of course I don’t think they intentionally gave me a puncture but at the same time, they absolved themselves of any potential accident or damage and I’m now left to pay for a new tire replacement. Very unfortunate ending to overall positive experience. Lesson learned: do your due diligence, check everything before you leave and take your car back immediately if something is not up to par.

My only complaint comparing too dealership garages when you have service done they offer complimentary shuttle service. I had to pay 34.00 total using a service just to go 5 miles coming and going to drop van off and pickup when ready

Absolutely I would recommend Schaeffer Auto Body. Actually, I stuck up for them when I was telling someone how long it was taking to get my car back. They said I should have taken my car to a good repair shop. I specifically replied that Schaeffer was one of the best.
