First Estimate was incorrect, due to typing/input error. Mentioned couple times front windshield had chips and needed fixed or replacing. Went to pick up car, asked about windshield girl looked in computer said it was fix. Gave me paperwork for another customer, asked again about windshield she said it was fixed. Went to leave, windshield not fixed. Mike service writer made call to have them come to the house to replace.
