In their defense, I have a rare car that’s probably hard to work on. But Repairs took 20+ days. I DIDNT HAVE A CAR FOR 20+ DAYS. I’m grateful they fixed it but I can’t rate them well on “timelyness”.

James was amazing making sure I was informed with the process even when there were delays due to unavailable parts. He went above and beyond calling Ford daily to check the status of when the needed part would be available.
