Austin saved the day! I know very little about car issues and he walked me through what was going on and put me at ease. My AC went out and he was able to get the parts quickly for the fix. His crew even gave the car a quick vacuum and console wipe down. I will absolutely take my car to Schomp collision for future issues.

The initial estimate was about five times lower than the second estimate and the final estimate was lower still due to my insurance company. The final bill was just over the insurance company estimate. So there is that. Not happy with that process but it was explained very well by the service person at the collision center. She was the best part of the process! Roseanna was communicative and kept me informed. She explained all the details and delivered my repaired car to me. Hopefully not, but I will probably use this collision center in the future.

Brittany in service and Austin in collision were fantastic to work with. Very informative and provided constant updates. Brittany was even able to get me a loaner car when the first person I talked to about 15 minutes prior assured me none were available and if I wanted one, I’d have to wait. Austin went above and beyond explaining everything to me and making sure I understood the work required.
