Interior roof is dirty and small chip by the lights. You can see dirty hand prints throughout the interior of roof. I am requesting that my car be cleaned and detailed.

All the staff members were very polite, but I did not receive regular updates on the timeline for repairs, and timeline estimates were exceeded several times over, costing me over $1000 in rental fees.

I picked up my car today after the repairs were completed. Overall, the entire process at the service desk was smooth and efficient. Ms. Melissa Steinberger was extremely courteous and thorough, and she responded promptly to all of my questions. There were no issues in communicating with the insurance company, and she did a great job negotiating with them to ensure that the necessary repairs were properly covered. She also took care of the rental car arrangements for me. Thank you very much. Even though it took two weeks to repair, I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it.
