We just noticed a tear on the interior which was touched up with paint. Several nicks on interior that didn’t exist prior to being in the shop. Car was like new.

Every time I called for a status update, I was told conflicting information from when I had previously called. The estimators were unable to provide proof that they indeed did the work they charged and it raised questions around the ethics Schomp Collision operates on and Progressive has contacted me about Schomp potentially committing a form of insurance fraud. The timeline was continuously changed and I was outright lied to a couple of times. 100% will not bring business to Schomp again.
