Schomp failed on communications. Everyone was helpful but I constantly had to follow up on status, timing and delays.

Very little communication was provided throughout the whole repair process. I was quoted 2 maybe 3 weeks for my car to be completed. It took almost 5 weeks. Things only started to get better when I spoke to the store manager Brian. He was the most helpful and communicative. Everyone else was pretty bad and quite rude as well.
