They did a phenomenal job on my truck from the body work to the detailing inside and out ...I was kept informed ,, even with the struggles with Progressive,,,, Brad is top notch with communication!!.. A special shoutout to Brad Harless, who was my representative from start to finish—his professionalism, attentiveness, and updates made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made a great first impression. What stood out the most was the consistent updates and transparency from start to finish—something I haven’t experienced with other repair centers. When I got my car back, the detailing and repair work were flawless. It looked as good as new, and the attention to detail was impressive.
