We were quoted 2 weeks but picked up our car after almost 5 weeks. During this process, they were only able to tell us that they’ll give us more details in a few days and each time we were told it’ll be another week after another week. And then was given the story of labor shortage, etc. which is totally understandable but why wasn’t that information given earlier in the process for transparency? Lack of clear communication and expectation standards was disappointing
