Melissa was Super! She kept me informed on the progress of the repairs with texts twice a week. The car looks brand new and everything is programmed as it was before, the garage door opener, my favorite radio stations, the height of the cargo door. It’s like getting a new car. A+ on materials and service.

I already did this survey, but here goes again. I thought Melissa did a wonderful job of updating us on the progress of the repairs. I was happy to get my Forester back by the end of February. Given the extensive damage, I thought the amount of time needed for the repairs was about right and the car looked beautiful, both technically and visually. It was like getting a brand-new vehicle.

I had a great experience with Schomp Collision Center from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. The repairs were completed on time, and my vehicle looks amazing — you can’t even tell there was any damage. I also really appreciated the consistent communication and attention to detail. In a time of diminishing customer service I have to say this was NOT my experience with Schomp Collision center. Every member of their team was professional, friendly and all were effective communicators. This made a very frustrating situation much more palatable. I have to give a special nod to Austin, the estimator I worked with. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process in a very detailed way leaving me with only a couple questions. He gave me a realistic time line for the repair that he managed well. And this was after I called and asked if I could move up my drop-off time. Austin and the team handled my new drop-off time with relative ease staying on the original time line for the repair. Having competent supervision is a must to have a team work at this level. Unfortunately I didnt get the supervisor/managers name although we had a very pleasant conversation when I dropped my vehicle off. Many other vehicle repair facilities could take some notes from this team. From Maria, at the front desk, moving new customers or returning customers to the appropriate connection in the shop. All the way back to the techs in the shop who did a awesome job on my vehicle. Very impressive.
