The experience was not good - the car was sent in after an accident for repair. The car ran perfectly fine before the accident, and now the eyesight system is turned off after the repair and I was told it was not related to the accident. So it is from a car driving normally before the accident to a car with the eyesight system off after the repair. Additionally, the "joystick" that adjusts the back mirrors are not working well after the repair - it works for turning the mirrors up, down, and left - not right. It got stuck when pushing the button right. This issue was not there before the repair. Essentially, after the repair, more issues are there. With that being said, the customer service are responsive and respond in timely manners.
