Everyone was very helpful and the car looks great. It was a little longer to do the work than anticipated, but I understand the problems originated with getting parts from Hyundai. Not your fault.

I'm so disappointed in this shop. I went far out of my way for one I thought would be best for my car. I am planning to move to the neighborhood next year, and unfortunately will have to look elsewhere for a service shop than any schomp one.

When I initially brought in the car for assessment, everyone was so helpful. Then the confusing and inaccurate communications began. The whole process took nearly a month from that first day!

The manager has been kind and helpful. My assigned lead could communicate better and with more attention. She acknowledged that her workload is heavy and makes it hard for her to be as attentive and to follow the details of each client.
