Lots of information provided about repair, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Waiting for approval request after add'l damage found on tear down. It took almost 3 wks for that approval, but I didn't know there was an issue until I called Schoonover for an update. Would have liked to know earlier since it took so long for Berkley One (other persons insurance company) to respond to anything or anyone (Schoonover, Enterprise, or my insurance agent's office). As soon as there was an issue with communication with Berkley One, I should have been notified.

I was a bit upset that it took almost a week to hear that they needed to order a part that would take 3-plus days. Then later was given the option for an aftermarket part. I feel like that would've been part of the initial assessment
