I was a bit upset that it took almost a week to hear that they needed to order a part that would take 3-plus days. Then later was given the option for an aftermarket part. I feel like that would've been part of the initial assessment

The touch-up paint was applied pretty unevenly, especially in the biggest area where the paint was peeling. Some spots got more paint than others, so the touch-up stands out quite a bit. After driving for about an hour, I checked it again and noticed that some of the paint had already started chipping off. I understand that touch-up paint on a peeling area isn't going to be perfect or completely blend in, but I didn't expect it to be this noticeable.
