Intake process was fast. Communication with insurance was great (I did not have to get involved at all). Communication with me about status was good. Result was fantastic. Truck looks incredible and really appreciate the attention to detail, including the clean interior. The only reason it's not a 10 is that while the inside and outside of my truck was beautiful, the truck bed was filthy. I realize truck beds are not usually maintained/cleaned, but I do keep mine pretty clean, which is one reason I have a cover on it. The bed and the cover are coated with a bunch of white stuff when I got it back. It's been too cold to clean it too, so it's still there. One round through the car wash didn't clean it out either so I think I'm going to have to scrub it. I do wish that was cleaned out, but otherwise extremely happy with the work.
