My husband and I have both had great experiences at Schottmillers. They are excellent communicators and very transparent. The repairs were timely and easy. They helped drop me off at the Hertz to get my rental and they dropped off the rental for me at the end of my repairs. Even better, there had been a clicking sounds that other shops have told me that they don't hear and not to worry about it. Jamie listened to me and not only found the source of the insistent clicking but he and his mechanic found the broken piece, removed it and showed me the part for no extra charge making sure I was 100% satisfied with my service.
