Lack of attention to details that I am not used to with Airport Paint and Body. I agreed to let Schottmillers complete the repairs in the interest of time but would not do that again. Noticed several items once the got the vehicle back that were not right.

When first scheduled with Chris, I took my car in on the scheduled date. When I arrived there was no record of being scheduled and parts had not been ordered. I was forced to reschedule another month out. Definitely totally satisfied with my final experience
