I felt they went above and beyond. They told me I had rental car coverage on my SUV that I didn't even know about . They arranged for me to get a car without me even asking. They also returned it for me when I picked up my SUV.

The end result was great after we had an issue of the non OEM part. The non OEM part was paper thin and off in color. The flimsiness of the bumper cover was so bad it busted the clips that held the cover on just by trying to remove which I thought was residual wax which was not.

I feel like they should have contacted us on if we wanted the OEM part and how much before starting repairs when the OEM part was not much difference in $$.
