All of the communications I initiated with the repair shop were satisfactory, however I felt there was a lack of communication from the repair shop as to the status of repairs. The repair took twice as long as estimated and I am not upset about that, as I realize these are trying times with respect to staffing and supply chain, as I also realize “things come up”, but I do feel more proactive communication from the shop would have been appropriate/appreciated when it was known estimates were not going to be met.

The guys at Schrader did fantastic work on my car. Car looks good as new. The office staff was phenomenal and friendly. They made an otherwise headache of a situation a little less painful. 10/10 would recommend them to everyone I know.
