Communication is not always clear. I came in to have job looked at and was told they were scheduling for a certain date. I assumed I had an appointment at that time but when I called nearly two weeks later they seemed confused and scheduled my car at time time- another two weeks in the future. Scheduling process steps need better explanation. I also dropped off my car by bring told just drop the keys on the desk. No feedback on when the car would be finished at all. The car was completed within days but some estimated timeframe seems like a reasonable thing to provide.

The corner tail light installed had scratches, there was also small paint bubble. Brought car back yesterday and Paul immediately ordered a new tail light and would fix tiny bubble when I returned. Paul called a few hours later yesterday to say new light came in. I went this morning and he switched light out and fixed bubble.
