This was a repair of damage from a wind storm (a head light broken from a branch of a fallen tree while parked) through State Farm. It went swimmingly. This shop was always excellent, it now has new owners that are keeping up to the excellent standard.

For a quick fix on a daily driver absolutely. The body lines look good the paint quality is nice. I just wish it matched closer.

I was extremely satisfied with the speed and lack of headache with this repair. I took off two points one was we had some issues originally getting it scheduled. That could’ve been a me error or an insurance issue or a schroll issue I’m not sure on that other than there was a lack of clarity at the beginning. The other point I took off is the paint color is pretty significantly off. My car has a complex color I will not deny that in anyways shape or form and it’s GM paint which is tricky to deal with in itself. That being said I feel like the new bumper is nowhere near the correct color. I won’t try and say painting residential is the same as painting automotive but my rear hatch and drivers side quarter panel look purple in the sunlight whereas the bumper looks navy. It’s quite obvious and pretty upsetting when the rest of the car still looks nice.

Very similar to the first complaint. I think there could’ve been a little more clarity in the scheduling but nothing wild. The paint is noticeable enough I expected some sort of communication that “hey this isn’t perfect” whereas I got nothing. I hopped in the car drove home happy to get it back got out and walked around to see the second I got to the back of the car and obvious color difference.
