They had my truck for 4 weeks. They would give an estimated completion date, then that date would come and go with no update despite the messages we left on their answering service. When we finally got the truck back, the tires were low on air and there were 2 warning lights on the dash that weren't present before the accident. One was a traction controll light and the other was a check engine. I was told to get a diagnostic report from a honda dealer and pay for it then if it was deemed a result of the crash then I would be reimbursed. The truck is presently at hackettstown honda awaiting an appraisal

Repair took close to 8 weeks - was told 2-3. Received the vehicle with significant mechanical issues that were not present when it was dropped off. Will be seeking restitution.

Communication was poor, they didn’t fix the issue entirely leaving a small surface scratch because they didn’t want to have to paint or replace the panel completely. Under no circumstances would I ever go back to this facility
