Very happy with repair work. Only thing I wasn’t completely satisfied with was communications. I should have been informed about delays. Other than that I would recommend this shop for body work.

I am always amazed at the care I received from Savannah and Dana and everyone else I speak with at Scott Shawver's Auto Body. The truck looking amazing, I can't get over how well they are able to blend and match the paint on a 20 year old truck. I won't anyone other body shop touch my truck!

I would recommend but I would let the person know it is a time consuming process. I was surprised how long it took and that may be the case wherever a vehicle is taken.

The exterior repairs are well done. My vehicle pickup was delayed and I was told it needed to be detailed so I expected the exterior and interior to be “spit spot” … the interior was very dusty with a fine layer (like sanding dust) that I had to wipe down so that we a little disappointing. However, overall I am satisfied with the repair. Thank you!

I received a text upon delivering the vehicle stating that I would receive regular updates. I had to call and check on the status … no updates. Also I received an email saying my vehicle was ready for pickup so I called to pay and was told it is not ready. Upon inspection, there was an adjustment that needed to take place.

I took my car to Scott Shawver's Autobody and RV after someone backed into my car at Walmart. Although it took a month or two for them to get my car into their shop to fix it they did a good job. They called me with updates and were professional.
