Was surprised given what I've heard from other people who've used your service to find issues with the work done to our vehicle. Some were minor, others were not like a broken body panel that wasn't disclosed until I saw it myself. Appreciate the effort to correct it, including buffing out some paint on the front bumper that you didn't have to. Hope post job quality control continues to be monitored and improved so that customers continue to trust Scotties work.

I would have given a 10 but I ask for them to deliver a message to the repair shop that the window washing bottle was leaking but the message was not delivered. The shop had to take an extra day to fix that.
