The shop work was excellent, a 10. Front office original assessment was weak, a 6. Scheduling and delivery on time was poor, a 3. Final delivery was 3 weeks late from original estimate, but no additional work needed to be done. Problem appeared to be the result of weak initial assessment, poor parts ordering, week vendor support, generally overall weak front office management.
