I liked that they repaired all the damage and was willing to ask State Farm to cover more damage found later on. I just feel strongly someone should have walked me thru what was done and pointed them out to with the car.

Communication was okay but could’ve been better. We consistently had to contact them for updates, instead of them notifying us. It took a long time to hear any updates, or for the vehicle to even get started being worked on.

The quality of the repair was great but I was disappointed with how my car was returned to me. When I picked it up it was dark and raining so I didn’t notice it right away, but the next day I saw how dusty everything was left inside. The mat on the drivers side was left very dirty and the door inside also had white marks.

It took 2 months to get an appointment. Then from the time of my appt to when it was finally complete it took 6 weeks when it was quoted as 1 weeek (due to not having the correct thing ordered initially then eventually the parts that did come were damaged twice). When I picked up my car, the doors were unlocked and my sunglasses and some other personal belongings were missing. I think a homeless person rummaged through the car off hours because the doors weren’t locked.
