Had to wait close to 4 months for vehicle to be repaired and end up with scuff marks and dust particles in between paint job and clear coating is Not Good

When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was Not accompanied out to my vehicle by a Scotties rep and shown exactly what was performed. The front desk lady could have brought me out to my vehicle and explained exactly what was done. She choose to remain at the counter and said I could go out and “check out” my vehicle

After waiting months to get my truck in, Scottie’s had it a while before checking the parts they had preordered for it. The parts were damaged and delayed the finish date. I had to call at that time to see if the truck was finished, it was not as Scottie’s was backed up. And said the truck would be finished the following Monday or Tuesday. No call by Wednesday morning, so I called. Was told it would be finished later that day. Kept my phone on me, checking voicemail, text and email all day, no call. When I called the next day, was told it was done and they had left me a couple of voicemails. They did not. The two times they had communicated showed that they had the right number. I picked the truck up and went home. Found misc parts in the truck that were not form or for my truck. They also were supposed to repair the front wheel, and repaired the back wheel instead which had no damage. When called by the insurance company, with me in the phone, they sounded quite put out that the wrong wheel was repaired. After saying to just drop the truck off and they would get to it, the insurance agent said that I had given up my rental. When stating that I should drop it off at 9 and they would get to it, I expressed my displeasure with the fact that I would be left waiting for them to get around to it . And that would prefer another solution. They hung up on the insurance agent. Horrible communication, sloppy finish, and lieing to me is unacceptable as is to repair a part that was not damaged, and leave the damaged part. Shoes they are not paying attention or care. I have already expressed my experience with the insurance company as well as Yelp
