The reason it's not a 10 is because of a couple of issues. The first, I was never updated about part delays. Second, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup, but while I was dropping off the rental car, they received a phone call saying that the car was still broken. Who ever hung the door didn't have it adjusted correctly. Then while trying to adjust the door, they dented the door. So I had to wait a few more days.

Quality of work was good. Need to improve communication. 5-9-24 estimate showed 7-10 days to repair. Scheduled date to start was 6-10-24. Dropped off on 5-29-24 due to our vacation schedule. Home on 6-21-24. Rented a car. We started calling for a completion date on Friday June 21st. Again on Monday July 1st. No proactive calls of status from Scottie’s Auto Body. Finally ready for pick up on Tuesday July 2nd.

I couldn’t be happier with the repairs Scottie’s Auto Body did on my RAV4 prime! I was so upset when my new car was rear ended at a stop light and did my due diligence on finding the perfect body shop to do my repairs. I wanted it to look how it did before the accident and needed to find someone who could work on a plug in hybrid model. Scottie’s was the perfect place. Everyone was so nice and helpful, the service was done quickly but not rushed and any delays were clearly communicated. My car looked brand new again when I got it back! Highly recommend Scottie’s to anyone needing repair work. Hopefully I don’t need any more repairs but if I ever do, I know where to go. Thanks to the hard working team that helped me out! You all are amazing!
