Communication was fantastic. Attention to detail was phenomenal. Everything was meticulous. Scott and Stacy and their team exceeded all my expectations. They treat each car like their own, take no shortcuts and stand up for their customers with the insurance companies. I highly recommend. Hopefully I'll never have to, but this is the only place I'll use going forward.

My experience with Scott’s American Collision was exceptional from beginning to end! Stacy was so kind when I walked in the door for an initial estimate on my new vehicle which had unfortunately been hit in an accident. She guided me through their repair process, how the insurance process would work & answered any questions I had with a smile. More importantly, she gave me guidance on things I didn’t even know to ask about. I appreciated all the communications via in person & text messages regarding the status of my vehicle while in for the repairs. My car was fixed in a timely manner & I couldn’t be happier. The workmanship was perfection - thank you to all the skilled personnel in their shop who worked on my vehicle! I was so happy to see my car looking like it did before the accident. I am a very satisfied customer & will definitely be recommending their shop to anyone I know. Thanks again to Stacy, her husband Scott & the rest of their amazing team for making my car look like new!

Stacy maintains great communication and arranged for alternate transportation while my vehicle was in the shop.
