Great communication and felt like they had our best interests in mind. They helped us get over a few hurdles dealing with our insurance company which definitely would have been frustrating dealing with that on our own. Very happy with repairs and service. Thank you.

Scott’s American Collision was great through the whole process. They took the time to keep me posted on my repair and also made sure Country Financial was doing their part. The most frustrating part of my repair was the lack of support from Country Financial. Phone calls were not returned, emails were not answered, I had to call several times to get an open shop assignment sent to Scott’s and if it wasn’t for Scott’s I’d probably still be explaining it to the service team of Country Financial. Scott’s was not the problem at all. This experience, along with other issues, is driving us to look for another insurance company.
