I think the shop did the best they could with what they were given, but I am not satisfied or happy with the repair. Your supervisor Ed refused to replace the damaged portion of the bumper and instead repair it. I have a 2022 luxury Volvo with just over 16.000 miles and you shouldn’t have repaired that, it should have been replaced. Your client rolled across an entire driving lane into the next aisle in a parking lot and hit my car and now I’m the one paying the price for her inability to notice her car rolling 30 feet ahead while she is in it. You don’t repair brand new luxury cars, you make them to the quality they were when they were damaged and that was not done! They repair is not to the quality the car was when it was hit.

Received communication and updates throughout the repair process. Repairs were done with high quality and all of my concerns were addressed. Only comment I would say is that the inside of the door and floor by the driver's seat were dirty upon pickup. Outside of car was very clean and polished upon pickup which was a great courtesy. Overall good quality service.

Repair was done with high level of quality. Continuous communication with me throughout the repair process and reasonable pricing. Exterior of car was washed which was a nice courtesy. Only downside to my experience was that the inside drivers door and foot / pedal area were left dirty upon pickup.

Caylee got me right in after waiting 6 months for another place to work on my vehicle. She found all the parts for my vehicle! She let me know every day how things were going. They got my jeep done in no time. Very nice to work with when you need body work done! I definitely would go back if ever needed anything else done.

Very professional approach to the issue. I was notified on everything what has been done to the car from ordering the pars to final pick-up. Mechanics did amazing job Painters did phenomenal job. Kelly was super helpful and very professional. Will recommend this business to others
