From the moment I walked into the shop, the Office Manager, Caylee, made me feel totally comfortable. She processed my claim, as well as, provided an estimate. She even secured a rental for me!! They were timely with their work and had an accurate estimate of how long the repairs would take. The customer service is excellent. The text updates are extremely convenient and saved the time phone calls would have taken. Their paint job was stellar and is an exact match to my car. They had some extra time and even cleaned the interior of my car! Highly recommend them and will go back of I need body work.
