Caylee at Scott’s kept us informed every step of the way. The combination of personalized texts and phone calls maintained a level of communication that is rarely achieved in any industry. Our car came out looking better than it did before the accident. Even the front license plate which was extremely mangled, was flattened out to nearly mint condition, a detail I would not have expected the shop to address.
