I am 100% satisfied with the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleansing of my car, inside and out. Carpet promised the car would look like knew and you delivered! Communication was excellent, service was exceptional. Couldn't be more pleased.

Communication was exceptional, I always knew what what happening and what stage of the process we were in. When I picked up my vehicle, they not only repaired it properly with proper door gaps and no orange peel, but they cleaned the entire truck inside and out- I will definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a 4.0 repair.

I have had two car accidents and one accident where the elderly lady didn’t see me because my car is the same color as the pavement (what, I swear that’s what she said). I went to your shop every time and have always been impressed. The work is impeccable and the service is out of this world. It’s never fun having to deal with insurance and repair work, but if you must, we HIGHLY recommend Scotts Auto Fixit! From my initial call - to picking up my car upon completion of work, owner Caylee and her team made the entire process painless. She dealt with the insurance company, the car rental and gave me daily updates either by phone or text. And when I picked up my car, it looked like it came out of the showroom! Everything was handled on the most professional manner. I would not hesitate to go to Scott’s again should I ever need repair services again!
