Unclear/vague communication throughout the whole process. Kept delaying pick up date without giving proper notice/reasoning unless I asked. Unusually long process (4.5 weeks) for minor rear damage.

Beyond happy with how my car turned out, honestly when I walked up to SCR and saw my van parked out in front, it looked like a brand new vehicle the paint felt like butter. Words can’t even begin to describe the gratitude I have for this place. Everyone here is awesome you can’t go wrong, our agent who helped us was Chris, he was so kind and professional and took such amazing care of me and my car. He made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process. I knew what was happening to my car and when I could expect it back, I was pleasantly surprised when I got a text saying my car was ready 5 days before the promised date. I live in Dublin and yet I drive to Hayward to SCR and it’s cause I know here my car will be in the best hands, I’ve been coming here for some years now and I’ve always left so happy, they take their time and are very thorough which I love. Truly the best customer service ever. Honestly you can’t go wrong with SCR.

the time table went from 2 to 11 weeks and then there were several things still not addressed in that time period that were paid for. there was also a huge lack of communication that i found very frustrating to navigate
