The job was well done. The car looks new. Adam was efficient in writing up the estimate and communicating about the progress the body crew was making. Also, the work was completed earlier than Adam thought it might take, which is not a problem. He had to allow for the possibility that there was more damage to the front of the car than could be seen without beginning the work. Fortunately, there wasn't any and so my wife and I were glad to pick up the car early.

I was greeted by Melissa who prepared a detailed estimate for the work. The work was scheduled promptly. I was informed of progress throughout the process. I received a phone call informing me that the car was ready for pickup and learned that the final charge was considerably less than the estimate based on findings during the process. When i picked up the car it felt as if it had been detailed as it was sparkling in and out. I was impressed by the quality, integrity, professionalism and personal service.

Everybody was great to work with. Keeping in touch daily with the progress of the repairs was a nice touch I’ve never had that done at any other body shop before. I would highly recommend Seacoast to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle.

There are scratches on the steering wheel that weren’t there when I dropped the car off (also on the gear shift) as if something heavy had been dragged across this area.
