they did NOT keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. i had to call multiple times throughout the weeks to receive updates. fortunately, i just so happened to call the day that it was ready (on a Friday), otherwise, iām sure my car would have sat there over the weekend.

As right now, I cannot recommend because the final result is not complete. I can talk about delivery dates that were not respected, about back and forth to assess the quality of the repairs and components used. This prevents me now to reccomend the shop to another person.

Car is still being repaired. Commitments with dates are not being followed. Components that do not match with the model year were installed and will need to be substituted. Dents, scratches,scuff marks, defective painting, scratched glass, and other issues were found during my last visit. Car is in unnaceptable conditions as right now. Sub-standard repair and components.

Delivery dates commitments were not respected, team is asking me to tell what they need to do to fix the vehicle. The car just need to be brought back to the same conditions pre accident per factory standards using proper materials, labor and method. That should never be a question directed to me. In case of doubt, the standard car is known and can be found in thousands of units.

Subtract 2 points for late completion time, and recon cleaning rags left in car. Friendly, courteous front office...Supplied desk and chair to ease my waiting angst.
