Very good business ethics. Great service and attentive staff. Yancey kept me informed throughout the repair process . I am concerned about the $1,273.00 from the cost of the repairs and what the insurance allowed. I hope we can use Searcy Auto Body Shop with my 1994 Toyota Camry. I am very satisfied with the work on the Explorer. I am paying out of my pocket for the repairs on the Camry and I hope we can work together. Yancey did a fantastic job keeping me updated.
