I received daily notifications about how the repairs were progressing and I was allowed to drop off my rental which a great help. Great customer service. I appreciate them doing their best to keep me informed on what was going on with my vehicle. I know I got disappointed when it wasn't ready when we thought it was going to be but I appreciate their patience with me regarding that as well. It is the second time I've had them repair a vehicle and I always recommend them to people.
