What work they did do was excellent. But they did not do all the repairs I paid for. Now I have to bring the car back in so they can finish the work. And I will have to rent a car for 3 days. This is WRONG!

I’m always a little worried when taking my Tahoe in for repair, especially if the repair is the result of a collision. Let me say that every person that worked with me, from the initial inspection of damage, to the emails explaining the estimate, the person who explained the estimate and everyone who spoke with me over the phone, (Maria V) everyone lowered my anxiety and gave me an assurance that the work would get done confidently and completely. Guess what, my Tahoe looks Amazing!! I wish I could thank everyone involved and shake their hand letting them know how comfortable you made me feel during this process.

The quality of the repair is outstanding, the replacement fender and paint match look great. The one area to improve is allow me to pick up the vehicle after 5pm. I was called at 4:40pm and notified the vehicle was ready, I immediately headed to your Body Shop and arrived at 5:05pm and everyone was gone and had to return the next day. Why not tell me you close at 5pm and save me a trip? Another option is leave the keys and invoice with your Service Department. I tried to find someone the help me only to be told to come back in the morning.
