The employees there were extremely helpful and kind whenever i stopped in. The repair took about 3 weeks but i was extremely happy with the paint job and overal condition. They even cleaned and buffed the interior which was wonderful.

Quick & honest. All around excellent customer service. They communicated the entire process to me prior and kept me up to date as things were progressing with my car. They gave me a time frame and held to that. Highly recommend using this body shop for car repairs

I brought the vehicle in because the paint from the previous repair was coming off. A picture was taken and I was told the manager would need to review it, but he was out and they would call me when he was able to check it. A week later I called to check the status it hadn’t been reviewed yet. A month goes by no action so I brought it back in. The manager looked at it and said he would have them call me for an appointment. A week later I called and they then set up an appointment. Made me feel like I was being dodged. However once I got the appointment things went well and the repair looks great.

I highly recommend Serra Collision to family and friends. Outstanding experience a huge thank you to all the employees. My repair looks incredible, car looks totally brand new, and the attention to detail is amazing. My car was also detailed inside and outside and looks totally brand new. I love Serra Collision based upon the 5 star experiences I have had every time I have used Serra Collision.
