The last 3 times we have had service done at Serra has been disappointing. If it wasn’t for Tanya we wouldn’t have come back. She is extremely friendly and does her job very well. The gentlemen that was assisting me did not communicate with me at all during the entire process with my truck. I had to always call to get updates and when he promised to call me back he never did. The excuses I was given were not believable. The lady that assisted my wife and her jeep (separate case) treated us the same way. We probably won’t use your shop again and this is disappointing because we have used you for years. With all the collision options out there you need to figure out how to stand out. Focusing on customer service, communication and integrity will go far. Once again if it wasn’t for Tanya and the past experiences we had we would not have returned. I am very dissatisfied with the service my wife and I have received. Thank you, Dominic

Needed better communication, failure to complete job in the estimated time and passenger side bumper is not aligned. I also still do not have my new windshield but that should be replaced tomorrow.

Car was supposed to get done 3-4 days but ended up being a week. The window people didn't come in on Friday and then Monday while putting my back window in they dropped it. Did get it back Tuesday. As far as the repair it looks great. Just wanted my own car back. Over all service was good.
