Appreciated the free rental very much, super friendly front desk associates and even when I picked it up the first time and brought it right back because of the loud noise, the mechanic that worked on it was honest with me and apologized that it wasn’t test driven before they told me it was ready.

Total lack of communication. If I wasn’t calling I had no clue what was happening. Took several attempts to even speak with Aaron Shaw. Really no assistance from my agent. Even wonder if they are going to assist with receiving my deductible and rental car charges back from Trinity Health. Am definitely going to shop around for a new carrier.
