Crack in windshield, driver side door handle needs to be addressed and still have broken glass in back seat. After having the vehicle for two months with the return date continually being pushed back it was extremely disappointing. We have been loyal Serra customers both at their dealerships and collision center. I expected more.

All the staff that we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The work on the front end of my car was done in a timely manner all the while they kept us in the loop with communication!
