Upon delivery of my truck after the work was completed I found a used gift card from a restaurant I have never been to and an ice scraper/snow brush in my truck, as well as the passenger seat being dirty. This led me to assume my truck had possibly been used for personal use. The back seats were dirty as well when I checked the interior after getting home. This coupled with the heavy smell of paint chemicals from the interior of the truck has left me from feeling completely satisfied. I chose Serra to complete the work because they have done excellent work and service in the past but this was much less than I expected.

Automated system sent note saying my truck would be ready on a certain day. I called to verify on day of pick up only to be told a part had to be ordered and vehicle was on shop for almost another week.

This entire process was the smoothest I’ve seen from any business in many years. Treated my wife’s car really well, so I took mine also and we’re extremely happy. Please don’t change anything, we’re seeing a lot of businesses cutting costs in every avenue and the work is placed onto the customer.

Repair was quoted to take 5 days. Actual repair took 3 weeks. I was the told the delay was due to parts not arriving on time. I suggest the vehicle not being dropped off until all parts have arrived.
