Communication was slim if at all. I had to call for updates after weeks of hearing nothing and no call back when my information was taken for parts "guy" to call back. The interior detail was awful, the person definitely did not give any effort, just a simple wipe down. Great experience with my first car, this experience has swayed me.

The body guys, painters & office staff are hands down the most genuine & caring people I’ve had the pleasure to work with (honest too!) The front staff was great, however, after I got my vehicle back I have found several chunks of glass from the accident and my window shattering. The inside roof of my car is stained black and won’t come out (it was not like this before and they obviously knew they stained it as they left a can of stain remover in my vehicle.) When we picked up the Jeep there was still a dent in it and when we brought it back the main mechanic, Robert, was very very rude. The car had a layer of grime and dirt throughout that was not there either. All in all the only reason I didn’t give a lower rating was because the front staff was very good with me and caring/compassionate toward myself and husband.

Bumper not line up properly. In replacement (passenger side) light fixture mechanic did not transfer my working LED lightbulb, but he put cheep regular lightbulb. I work for GM truck plant in Fort Wayne and I built this truck.
