The damage itself was repaired on the vehicle after the second time it was completed. Although the damage was repaired, the doors themselves looked like they were slapped on. The passive entry into the car no longer works when a hand is placed on the handle. The first time the rear door was off at least 3 millimeters. The Jeep was given back a second d time to try and properly fitting the doors. I mentioned to them the doors were still not properly fitted and asked is this all they can do. They said sorry this is the best fitting. Was then told I owed $500 and they were sorry. Sorry doesn’t fix my car. I was then told by my insurance company to file a new claim to get the doors properly fitted. Total inconvenience and I will never return. The first time we went in the doors on the other side were never properly fitted either. So now all four doors need to be fitted. They can’t tell me the doors were 100% fitted properly because that is what the owner of the vehicle does for a living. He sits there and gets irritated every time.

The vehicle looked really well done. The office staff and damage consultants were VERY nice and the ladies were SWEET. The loaner car was SO APPRECIATED. Even though the truck was gone a bit longer than they said, everything else was so wonderful, that they “get a pass” on the lateness!! THANKS SO MUCH for a the job and service!😊
